Peter is an adviser in commercial law, including contract law, SaaS, litigation and conflict management, insolvency law and recovery, company law and real estate matters, including construction law.

Peter is an experienced senior litigator and has as such handled a very large number of court- and arbitration cases concerning a broad range of commercial law aspects, including a significant number of cases relating to contractual liability, insolvency-related cases (both for and against insolvency estates), real estate-related cases and matters concerning commercial agents.

Peter has extensive experience as an advisor in complex and strategic legal matters for a great number of financial institutions and other corporate clients and has advised and handled the restructuring of distressed businesses and operations, transfer of asset portfolios, businesses, real estate and other assets.

Peter is also a specialized advisor on real estate matters, in particular transactions, residential and commercial lease issues, construction law and enforcement matters.

Peter provides market leading advice on real estate matters in insolvency situations and has as such handled the management and realization of various asset portfolios, including companies and real estate portfolios, both in M&A processes, in foreclosure proceedings and as restructurings.
